Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + commission

What you will do

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of inside sales consultants to meet organizational growth goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the IXL product suite to effectively align and pitch value to K-12 customers.
  • Track, forecast, and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent goal achievement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-evaluation, and collaborative strategy sharing.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while applying energy and creativity to sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Mateo, CA and able to work from the headquarters office.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with proven experience managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 education market.
  • BA/BS degree in an Education-related or similar field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for working under pressure.
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies.

Nice to have

  • Direct classroom experience.
  • Prior experience in sales management.
