What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and account oversight.
- Host weekly meetings and manage action items for key corporate accounts.
- Analyze account performance to deliver optimization opportunities and business reviews.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve bugs and relay client feedback.
- Coordinate catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and onboarding for new clinics.
- Nurture corporate relationships to drive loyalty and trust in the HD platform.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Work visa sponsorship is not available.
- 2+ years of experience in account management.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience developing client-facing reports and data analyses.
