What you will do

• Apply knowledge of infant-toddler development to provide home-based services to families.
• Utilize a parent coaching model to support family growth and child learning.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and group sessions as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with community, medical, and social service providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage a caseload, including the monitoring and review of Individual Family Service Plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education, or child studies.
• Minimum of 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Framingham, MA.
