What you will do

- Partner with Strategic Account Managers to process location adds, cancellations, and transfers accurately.
- Maintain high-quality Salesforce records, including account hierarchies and contact details.
- Monitor deadlines across multiple requests and keep stakeholders informed on status.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in account coordination, revenue operations, or customer support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools like Excel or Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
