What you will do

• Create Scope of Work (SOW), establish project plans, and allocate resources across agency teams.
• Develop timelines and manage budgets, proactively flagging and resolving risks to keep projects on track.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, internal reviews, and status meetings to secure creative approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define program requirements and system specifications.
• Facilitate the presentation and review of final assets with clients, providing recommendations on production and timing.
• Manage financial tracking through job status reports and coordination with accounting teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a Pharma agency environment.
• Proven experience with timeline development and budget management.
• Proficiency with Workfront and Jira.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
