What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of artists, providing day-to-day operational support and career development guidance.
• Oversee artist crewing and scheduling to align with departmental and project requirements.
• Partner with Heads of Department and production leadership to plan capacity and identify hiring needs.
• Facilitate annual performance review processes and departmental initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBP on employee engagement strategies and employee relations.
• Work with the Training team to develop and implement artist development plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Proven experience in a scheduling or crewing role within the VFX industry or similar production environments.
• Strong people management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex situations with diplomacy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in operational and strategic contexts.
