What you will do

• Facilitate "Respect in the Workplace" training sessions for corporate and production employees across the UK and EMEA.
• Lead internal investigations into complex and sensitive claims regarding harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
• Prepare detailed investigative documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends to recommend proactive training and policy improvements.
• Design and facilitate employee feedback sessions to develop action plans for leadership.
• Synthesize feedback and data insights to develop enterprise-wide organizational improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.
• Alternatively, 3 years PQE as an employment lawyer in the UK.
• Proven experience in delivering corporate training and conducting internal investigations.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews at London locations.
• Strong conflict resolution, project management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy, tact, and discretion.
