What you will do

  • Lead and scale the international Account Management organization, taking ownership of the existing business portfolio.
  • Ensure high engagement, retention, and growth of suppliers across multiple international markets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Shipping stakeholders to ensure personalized and on-brand communications.
  • Design and implement a scalable scrapyard engagement model to optimize headcount growth.
  • Develop the supplier lifecycle strategy in coordination with Sales Ops and Product Marketing.
  • Manage, grow, and develop a team of Account Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Warsaw (Hybrid).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience managing and expanding a business portfolio through a team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Strong background in marketplaces or SaaS.
