What you will do
- Lead and scale the international Account Management organization, taking ownership of the existing business portfolio.
- Ensure high engagement, retention, and growth of suppliers across multiple international markets.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, Sales, and Shipping stakeholders to ensure personalized and on-brand communications.
- Design and implement a scalable scrapyard engagement model to optimize headcount growth.
- Develop the supplier lifecycle strategy in coordination with Sales Ops and Product Marketing.
- Manage, grow, and develop a team of Account Managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
- 3+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Warsaw (Hybrid).
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience managing and expanding a business portfolio through a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
