What you will do

• Lead the managed 4PL program for key clients, ensuring successful delivery of all agreed scope and program governance.
• Serve as the primary executive relationship owner to ensure sustained client satisfaction and value delivery.
• Manage global multidisciplinary teams across Control Tower operations, Supply Chain Engineering, and Technology.
• Own and manage the full program budget, tracking actuals vs. plan and reporting variances to executive sponsorship.
• Govern project scope change requests and maintain an operational project governance framework including SteerCo and RAID logs.
• Drive global alignment across functional workgroups and lead future roadmap planning and scope evolution.

Requirements
