Program Management Specialist (International Development)

What you will do

• Provide high-level coordination and strategic advisory support to Bappenas to ensure effective IA-CEPA implementation.
• Facilitate governance forums, including the Strategic Committee and Program Coordination Committee, by preparing briefings and strategic summaries.
• Manage the full Annual Work Plan (AWP) cycle, including development, monitoring, and alignment with government budget cycles.
• Analyze progress against End-of-Program Outcomes (EOPOs) and provide advice on sequencing and risk mitigation.
• Synthesize monitoring and evaluation (MEL) data into policy-relevant insights for senior-level dialogue.
• Integrate Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) considerations into program prioritization.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in economics, public policy, international trade, development studies, or international relations.
• At least 5 years of experience in donor-funded programs, government coordination, or strategic advisory roles.
• Substantial experience working with the Government of Indonesia, particularly Bappenas.
• Deep understanding of Indonesia's national development planning framework (RPJMN and Vision 2045).
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of bilateral trade agreements and institutional coordination mechanisms.
