What you will do

• Represent APAC in the Global Academy Council to shape curriculum and certification strategy.
• Oversee regional Academy operations, including learning paths, trainer readiness, and course rollouts.
• Manage Academy KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement of the partner enablement journey.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional plans and campaign toolkits.
• Lead LMS operations, vendor management, and process automation to drive operational excellence.
• Drive change-management initiatives to evolve Academy offerings and increase partner value.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Partner Enablement, or Education Program Management.
• Proven track record in managing learning portfolios, certification programs, and LMS platforms.
• Experience in B2B technology environments, preferably within IT, security, AV, or networking.
• Strong program and change management capability, ideally across the APAC region.
• Ability to structure and execute complex initiatives while managing diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Singapore and willing to travel internationally approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and advanced LMS reporting tools.
• Experience in content design and understanding of adult learning principles.
