What you will do

• Drive market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
• Build and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
• Establish the company's operational structure, including vendor management.
• Manage external positioning, including PR, partnerships, and key relationships.
• Act as a central operator to resolve bottlenecks and track priorities across teams.

Requirements

• Background in top-tier consulting (MBB), venture capital, or high-performance operating roles.
• Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, and execution.
• High agency and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
