What you will do

• Lead and oversee a large, multi-national retail organization of over 500 people.
• Implement the Retail Strategy consistently across all European territories.
• Drive profitable sales growth while effectively controlling operational costs.
• Hire, develop, and mentor senior managers, store managers, and operational staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and store performance are maintained.
• Confront underperformance directly and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Substantial experience managing large teams in a commercial, retail, or sales environment.
• Proven track record of managing managers across multiple countries and cultures.
• Ability to travel frequently across European regions to visit stores and develop staff.
• Strong organizational skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Commitment to understanding business needs and maintaining high cultural standards.
