What you will do

• Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and solve operational challenges across multiple functions.
• Represent ActAI at events, communities, and external engagements.
• Work with founders and senior leaders to take strategic projects from concept through execution.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited structure and a strong bias toward action.
• High ownership and willingness to take on unfamiliar challenges.
• Comfort working across multiple functions and disciplines.
