hirify.global is building a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, and workflows with high reliability.

What you will do

  • Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
  • Build strategic relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, and external partners.
  • Support new market launches and lead expansion initiatives.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
  • Represent the company at events and external engagements.
  • Collaborate directly with founders on strategic ownership from concept to execution.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in low-structure environments.
  • Strong execution skills and a bias toward action.
  • High ownership and willingness to tackle unfamiliar challenges.
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in London, UK
