Growth Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Proactively engaging customers to prevent churn and unlock expansion opportunities within the product suite with an accent on retention and upsell strategies. Focus on identifying conversion signals, optimizing outreach sequences, and building scalable data-driven retention motions.

Location: Remote (Global). Hybrid options available in Milan, Bologna, and various cities in Spain.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify conversion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the free and paying customer base.
  • Proactively reach out to customers showing churn risk or low engagement to re-engage and retain them.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and customer journeys.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, documenting conversations and customer feedback.
  • Test and optimize outreach sequences and engagement strategies across email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Share churn insights and objections with Customer Success and Product teams to improve the product.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, international team.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Data-driven approach and curiosity for product usage and lifecycle signals.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in a second European language, preferably Italian, German, or Spanish.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Interest in privacy, compliance, or tech products.
