Salary: $77,000 – $145,600

What you will do

• Provide direct on-site oversight to ensure construction work conforms to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate workflows and technical resources across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, conduct audits, and ensure immediate corrective measures for non-compliance.
• Analyze job costs and production budgets, and approve progress billings and cash flow projections.
• Assist in the pricing and negotiation of change orders, claims, and contractual adjustments.
• Facilitate weekly progress meetings with stakeholders and prepare data-driven technical status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in heavy industrial or infrastructure construction environments.
• Proven ability to read and execute duties based on complex technical specifications and shop drawings.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and MS Project.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site 5 days per week at the field assignment.
