Salary: $139,200 - $208,800

What you will do

• Oversee construction managers, site superintendents, and commissioning managers for regional mission-critical projects.
• Manage financial budgets, profit projections, and cost benchmarks for the region.
• Coordinate with design teams to transition projects from schematic levels to final construction documents.
• Drive a best-in-class client experience and expand the business unit's professional network.
• Ensure a safe work environment adhering to OSHA and industry standards.
• Perform on-site investigations to troubleshoot facility issues and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction-related field, including design of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, or Engineering (or 4 years of additional relevant experience).
• Experience in project management, estimating, and field installation supervision.
• Proficiency in writing scopes of work for subcontract exhibits.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Nice to have

• Professional engineering license.
• Master mechanical or master electrical license.
• Procore experience.
