What you will do

• Assist Project Managers with logistical tasks, budgeting, and client management.
• Coordinate materials, change orders, and monitor project safety, cost, and scheduling.
• Prepare contract documents, drawings, specifications, and monthly pay applications.
• Maintain project documentation, RFI logs, and as-built drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Research contractors and support the project bid process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Science/Management).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to work varying shifts (nights/weekends) and navigate physical worksites.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Nice to have

• Prior construction experience.
• OSHA certification.
• Effective project management skills.
