What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day interactions with clients.
• Purchase client account receivables and verify invoices for quality and potential fraud.
• Manage client reserves and resolve disputes, exceptions, and chargebacks via cbCentral.
• Provide clients with training on funding procedures and the in-house client portal.
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and codes of conduct.
• Collaborate with other client representatives to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Decatur, Alabama.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in clerical or office work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to multitask and function effectively as part of a team.
