What you will do

  • Provide primary inbound support for phone, email, and chat queues.
  • Resolve client issues on first contact by troubleshooting inquiries and following up based on client needs.
  • Review client accounts, pending invoices and payments, A/R aging, and interaction history to address holds, delays, rejections, and disputes.
  • Train clients and carriers on using company web portals, processes, and payment options.
  • Support carrier onboarding and manage call/ticket workflows while meeting service quality and schedule adherence targets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, team members, and management while maintaining confidentiality of client information.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience in a professional environment or a higher education degree (or equivalent).
  • Highly professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume operations center and work under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to analyze issues independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to understand and support transportation factoring & payment platform client workflows (freight/logistics knowledge preferred).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of freight, transportation, and/or logistics industry.
  • Accounts payable experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
