TL;DR

Client Relations Administrator (Fintech): Managing and resolving complex client inquiries for bank and broker clients within the proxy business with an accent on operational problem-solving and cross-functional coordination. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Edgewood, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bank and broker clients, managing requests from inquiry to resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex challenges involving products, data, and operational workflows.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships by understanding client business priorities and constraints.
  • Lead structured client discussions focused on insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to operational performance.
  • Partner with internal product, operations, and technology teams to implement service and workflow updates.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Edgewood, NY.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and communicate complex financial products and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
