Senior Salesforce Developer (Enterprise Applications & QTC)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $145,000–$155,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own Salesforce development across Apex, triggers, flows, the data model, and integrations.
• Transition Salesforce ownership from a managed service provider in-house, establishing documentation, governance, development standards, and deployment practices.
• Build and document REST and webhook integrations between Salesforce, Stripe or Recurly, and the WebService provisioning backend.
• Design scalable Quote-to-Cash data flows for self-service, direct sales, reseller/MSP, and AWS Marketplace selling motions.
• Simplify billing architecture, clarify system-of-record ownership, and reduce duplicate pricing and billing logic.
• Partner with RevOps, Finance, Sales, and Product Engineering while contributing to the growth of the Enterprise Applications team.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and end-to-end delivery experience.
• Deep Apex expertise, including classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous patterns, flows, and process automation.
• Experience designing REST or webhook integrations with billing, ERP, provisioning, or other external systems.
• Direct experience with a commercial billing platform such as Stripe, Recurly, Zuora, or an equivalent platform.
• Hands-on Quote-to-Cash experience in a SaaS environment, including subscription lifecycle, usage-based billing, revenue recognition, or collections automation.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience working independently as a senior contributor, including hiring and mentoring developers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, or other subscription management platforms.
• Experience simplifying complex billing architectures and supporting product-led and sales-led motions.
• Experience transitioning Salesforce ownership from a managed service provider.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect.
• Experience in a small, early-stage, or growth-stage SaaS company.
