Senior NPI Test Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Architect test strategies for complex mixed-signal and RF SiGe products from concept through production maturity.
• Develop test methodologies for high-speed SerDes, CDR, signal conditioning, and products operating above 200Gbps.
• Define DFT and testability requirements, reusable test IP, libraries, and frameworks across product families.
• Lead NPI architecture reviews, test readiness reviews, characterization strategies, and correlation methodologies.
• Transfer test solutions to high-volume OSATs and drive test time, cost, quality, and NPI cycle-time improvements.
• Mentor engineers, document test methodologies, and build strategic relationships with test partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience, including 4+ years in mixed-signal or RF test development.
• Experience leading NPI programs for high-speed communication ICs.
• Expertise with the Advantest V93000 platform and SmarTest 7/8, plus programming skills in C/C++, Python, and TCL.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity, jitter analysis, BER testing, analog and mixed-signal DFT, RF testing beyond 40GHz, and statistical process control.
• Experience with PCB design tools, signal integrity simulation, cross-functional technical leadership, executive presentations, and vendor relationships.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with SerDes, high-speed I/O, SiGe BiCMOS, wafer-level testing, or probe card design.
• Knowledge of AEC-Q100, qualification flows, 93000 PS1600/PS5000, or Wave Scale RF.
• Experience with test data analytics and machine learning applications.
