What you will do

• Own full-cycle executive search for Senior Sales Executive roles in the US market.
• Develop and execute multi-touch outreach strategies for passive senior candidates.
• Build and maintain a warm network of GTM talent in the US technology services space.
• Run structured, consistent assessment processes and provide evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate experience across the full funnel to reinforce the company's market reputation.
• Report on search progress, pipeline health, and market intelligence to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• Proven track record running senior or executive-level searches independently.
• Deep familiarity with the US Sales talent market and candidate motivations.
• Ability to own the full search process without downstream support.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Strong written English proficiency
