TL;DR

Revenue Enablement Program Manager (SaaS): Building and operating foundational enablement systems and programs to drive field productivity with an accent on knowledge architecture, GTM workflow design, and onboarding scalability. Focus on leveraging AI tools to automate coaching and reinforcement, ensuring sellers have the right content and systems to execute effectively.

Location: Must be based in the US (SF or NYC offices with 2x weekly in-office expectation, or remote within the US).

Salary: $120,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the centralized knowledge base to serve as the single source of truth for the revenue organization.
  • Design and build workflows across the GTM tech stack, including CRM, Gong, and AI tools, to embed execution standards.
  • Manage end-to-end sales onboarding, including curriculum coordination, milestone tracking, and continuous iteration.
  • Automate coaching prompts, certification triggers, and reinforcement signals to drive scalable behavior change.
  • Partner with RevOps and Product Marketing to track ramp progression and program effectiveness using data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, sales engineering, enablement, or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building operational systems and workflows, not just running programs.
  • Strong proficiency with GTM tech stacks including CRM, Gong, and Notion.
  • Experience owning programs end-to-end from scoping and launch to measurement and iteration.
  • Must be based in the US to align with team operations and office hubs.
  • Proactive mindset with experience experimenting with AI tools to drive efficiency.

  • Experience instrumenting onboarding or ramp metrics.
  • Background in knowledge systems, content governance, or internal tooling.
