TL;DR

Field Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and delivering enablement programs to elevate the performance and consistency of Field Sales teams with an accent on training design, field coaching, and content creation. Focus on converting product knowledge into sales skills through ride-alongs, simulations, and scalable competency frameworks.

Location: Must be based in Paris, France. This role requires extensive travel within the region (50-75%).

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.
  • Create and facilitate tailored onboarding programs and skill-development workshops using flipped classrooms and simulations.
  • Develop high-impact enablement assets including playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align messaging and go-to-market strategies across territories.
  • Provide targeted coaching through regular ride-alongs and shadowing sessions with immediate, structured feedback.
  • Build and maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure sales teams meet performance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering enablement programs for Field/Outside Sales, preferably within global SaaS companies.
  • Ability to use data to extract actionable insights and evaluate the impact of programs on win rates and revenue.
  • Track record of creating field sales tools that drive behavioral change and performance improvement.
  • English and French: Excellent communication skills (C1+) required.
  • Location: Based in Paris, France.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
