What you will do

  • Serve as the HRBP for Sales, Service, and Claims, advising leaders on talent and workforce planning.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable people recommendations and anticipate operational risks.
  • Coach frontline and mid-level managers on performance management and team development.
  • Execute end-to-end ER case management with disciplined documentation and risk-aware judgment.
  • Partner with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to deliver integrated people programs.
  • Drive culture and engagement by identifying issues early and tracking measurable progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience with depth in employee relations and performance management.
  • Experience supporting operationally intensive functions (Sales, Service, or Claims).
  • Analytical capability to interpret workforce data and surface actionable trends.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX or Dallas, TX for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or GPHR.
