TL;DR

HR Business Partner (HCM): Providing strategic HR consulting and managing the full employee lifecycle for multiple client accounts with an accent on employee relations and compliance. Focus on delivering scalable HR solutions, leveraging HCM technology, and driving client retention through proactive advisory.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the New England market (US) and able to be on site at client locations as needed.

Salary: $80,000–$106,000 plus incentive-based compensation.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary HR consultant for assigned client accounts, aligning guidance with business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance guidance.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Design and execute performance review processes, manager training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Utilize HCM platforms such as Lattice, Salary.com, and Nectar to deliver data-informed services.
  • Act as the client-facing project manager for HR initiatives, coordinating Generalists and Data Services.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in consulting, outsourced HR, or managed services environments strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with HCM platforms, HRIS systems, and HR technology tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
