What you will do

• Execute HR strategies aligned with business and organizational objectives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and applicable regulations.

• Manage employee relations and performance management frameworks with professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a strategic HRBP/HCBP role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting technical workforce populations and operational business functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or SHRM/CIPD certifications are an advantage.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
