TL;DR

HR Business Partner (Manufacturing): Supporting manufacturing operations by partnering with plant leadership and front-line supervisors to ensure an engaged, safety-focused workforce with an accent on employee relations and workforce planning. Focus on mitigating operational risks, managing high-volume hourly hiring, and coaching leaders in a multi-shift production environment.

Location: Onsite in Tulsa, OK

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and supervisors to align HR strategies with production goals.
  • Manage employee relations on the plant floor, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee high-volume hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning for hourly production and distribution roles.
  • Coach front-line leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to manage hourly wage structures and workforce cost management.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience working in multi-shift or 24/7 production environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tulsa, OK.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution and a data-driven mindset for translating metrics into action.

Nice to have

  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
