CRM CAMPAIGN & CHANNEL SPECIALIST
to join our Markets team. This is a role for someone who enjoys fast pace. From day one, you will own Swappie’s global newsletter engine: Creating content, driving execution, and optimising performance across all our markets. You will have a strong support system around you, so you can focus on what matters: turning our subscriber database into a high-performing, revenue-generating community.
As you master the email engine, your scope grows. You will take permanent ownership of the newsletter channel and lead our expansion into next-generation mobile messaging (WhatsApp and SMS), shaping how Swappie communicates with customers for years to come.
We’d love to welcome you to our HQ in Helsinki (we work in a hybrid remote model, so no work-from-office 5 days a week mandate!), but we are also open to hiring you in our satellite office in Berlin! The contract is full-time and permanent.
IN THIS ROLE YOU GET A CHANCE TO
* Own the global newsletter engine: plan, write, build, and send high-converting campaigns that match Swappie’s brand identity across all markets
* Run a continuous A/B testing programme (subject lines, send times, layouts, CTA’s) and use the results to consistently improve open, click, and conversion rates
* Coordinate with country teams to localise global campaigns, ensuring every market gets relevant, on-brand communication
* Be the operational anchor connecting our external strategy agency, CRM tech freelancer, and Global Campaign Manager during high-stakes commercial peaks
* Keep existing automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, abandoned cart, reactivation) running flawlessly while you learn the full CRM setup
* Lead the blueprint and launch of Swappie’s WhatsApp and SMS broadcast strategy, taking mobile messaging from infancy to a scalable revenue channel
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
* Solid experience of B2C CRM (agency or client-side) with hands-on platform knowledge — ideally Braze, Klaviyo, or Bloomreach
* Good command of core email KPIs (OR, CTR, CvR, UR, RPR) and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
* Experience running end-to-end campaigns: from content creation and localisation coordination to building flows, managing catalogs, and updating promo codes
* A communicator’s instinct — you know how to write copy that converts, and you can align a cross-functional team without losing momentum
* An operational mindset that pairs creative confidence with rigorous attention to detail: you know that precise execution of the fundamentals is what makes great CRM possible
* Experience with or curiosity about mobile messaging channels (SMS, WhatsApp) is a strong plus
