What you will do

• Support the CRM team in day-to-day operations, specifically targeting customers in Italy.
• Develop and implement campaigns along the customer lifecycle, primarily focusing on email newsletters.
• Brief the creative department on advertising materials and coordinate punctual implementation.
• Handle reporting and analytics tasks to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct competitive analyses and maintain market observations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field.
• Must remain a student for at least one more year.
• Interest in e-commerce and online marketing with a preference for analytical tasks.
• Business fluent English.
• Italian language proficiency is a strong plus.
