TL;DR

CRM Marketing Manager (AI): Designing and scaling automated user lifecycle journeys and high-performance CRM ecosystems with an accent on predictive AI models and data-driven orchestration. Focus on architecting complex lifecycle loops, integrating real-time data via APIs, and optimizing deliverability through technical engineering.

Location: On-site in Berlin (5 days a week in office)

Salary: €75K – €90K + Equity & Bonus

hirify.global is a fast-growing bootstrapped company building a community-driven marketing platform that rewards users for engaging with advertiser products.

What you will do

  • Architect AI-driven lifecycle loops for activation, churn prediction, and reactivation using predictive analytics and ML segments.
  • Own the technical health of CRM orchestration in Braze, utilizing Liquid scripting, API webhooks, and Connected Content.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to deploy propensity models and map custom event schemas into live flows.
  • Design and execute high-tempo testing frameworks focused on true incrementality and downstream conversion lift.
  • Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot API payload failures, event flows, and global sender deliverability.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Braze or similar enterprise orchestration tools.
  • Strong AI and data literacy, specifically leveraging predictive scoring and behavioral clusters for workflows.
  • Ability to read API documentation, write basic SQL, and define custom tracking events with backend engineers.
  • Root-cause analytical mindset for auditing data flows, triggers, and payload integrity.
  • Must be based in Berlin to maintain a full-time on-site presence.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LLMs and AI prompt engineering for dynamic content personalization.
  • Experience transforming complex, legacy CRM setups into clean, modular architectures.
