What you will do

• Design push and in-app communication strategies and manage the roadmap for CRM tools such as CleverTap or Leanplum.
• Execute high-quality campaigns and take hands-on ownership of complex or cross-market use cases.
• Act as the central interface between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Collaborate on mobile CRM technicalities including event tracking, data structures, consent logic, and SDK updates.
• Develop and test app retention strategies and promotions.
• Define standards, best practices, and KPI frameworks to optimize delivery and conversion.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in app CRM, ideally within e-commerce or digital agencies.
• Proficiency with platforms like CleverTap, Leanplum, Braze, Airship, or Batch.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile app data flows, event tracking, and consent management.
• Analytical skills with confidence in working with KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Fluent English and at least B1 level German.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, GA4/Firebase, Fullstory, or Looker.
