TL;DR

Talent Scout (HR/Sourcing): Identifying and attracting high-potential passive candidates for long-term pipelines with an accent on proactive search and relationship building. Focus on developing talent mapping strategies, employer branding content, and building sustainable talent communities.

Location: Hybrid in Paris (2 remote days per week)

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential passive candidates to build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Build and animate a pipeline of 80–120 active profiles across priority functional families.
  • Execute a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy including posts, articles, and employee spotlights.
  • Launch and produce talent-facing media such as podcasts, videos, and recurring newsletters.
  • Design and manage the internal employee referral program to turn staff into talent ambassadors.
  • Map competitor hiring activity and monitor talent ecosystems for availability signals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in senior sourcing, talent scouting, and talent marketing.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proven experience building long-term pipelines for rare and specialized profiles.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills (writing, podcasting, or video production).
  • Advanced mastery of sourcing tools, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Must be based in Paris to support the hybrid work model.
