Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do
- Establish and run program governance, including meeting cadence, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks.
- Own the program roadmap, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis across foundation and migration workstreams.
- Manage SAFe delivery execution, including PI planning, sprint cadence, and phase gate processes.
- Provide structured reporting and executive dashboards for client leadership and the CIO.
- Track and report AI efficiency metrics, including code generation and SDLC automation KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts between modernization pods, operations, and third-party integration partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program and project delivery experience in complex, multi-track environments.
- Proven experience managing platform modernization or legacy migration programs (monolith to microservices).
- Strong understanding of SAFe or equivalent scaled Agile frameworks.
- Experience managing fixed-price engagements, burn rate tracking, and financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage C-level stakeholder relationships and build executive confidence.
- Technical awareness of cloud infrastructure (AWS), API gateways, and AI-assisted development workflows.
