What you will do

• Run scoping workshops with domain SMEs, operational stakeholders, and compliance specialists to create functional specifications.
• Translate the architectural direction into a coherent, delivery-ready backlog in Jira.
• Manage a group of senior stakeholders, earning trust and pushing for resolution on technical and operational direction.
• Coordinate with engineering leads on the prioritisation and sequencing of the programme.
• Report monthly status, risks, and decisions to the Steering Committee.
• Utilize AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code) as a core part of the daily workflow for drafting specs and synthesizing data.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-domain platform programmes in iGaming, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with iGaming platforms (PAM, Payments, Sportsbook, Casino) and familiarity with UKGC or MGA regulatory environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted delivery workflows in a production context.
• Technical proficiency to discuss microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems with architects and engineers.
• Strong skills in workshop facilitation, business process mapping, and writing technical specifications.
• Must be based in London
