Product Manager - Treasury (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with office attendance expectations confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy from vision and discovery through implementation.
• Build a real-time unified treasury platform for hirify.global Direct collection, hold, payout, and conversion products.
• Develop financial systems and infrastructure for global-scale liquidity and cash management.
• Integrate new hirify.global products and markets into treasury systems as hirify.global Direct expands into new jurisdictions.
• Work with compliance, technology, finance, marketing, sales, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver products and elicit requirements.
• Identify market opportunities, create business plans, and manage long-term cost and profit objectives.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's, advanced degree, or PhD.
• Experience defining product vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps, customer discovery, product design, and execution.
• Experience leading plans to achieve product goals in Agile and matrixed environments.
• Experience with process or core banking best practices and regulated financial environments.
• Experience collaborating with compliance officers, auditors, engineers, analysts, and technology teams.
• Senior product management experience in digital products, payments, and financial services, including launching and managing products for issuers.

Nice to have

• Treasury or finance experience in a regulated EMI, fintech, bank, or payments company.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial modelling tools; experience with treasury systems.
• Deep knowledge of issuing institutions and managing large card portfolios.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business-to-technical translation skills.
