What you will do

• Act as a product expert within the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) sector to increase product recommendations.
• Deliver impactful in-person and online product presentations to assessors, trainers, and other key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships to grow the company's influence in the sector.
• Collect and communicate product feedback from stakeholders to internal product teams to inform the roadmap.
• Create sales enablement resources, including documents and presentations.
• Represent the company at sector-specific events and conferences across the UK.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working within the Assistive Technology sector.
• Proven track record of effective customer service and engagement.
• Experience and confidence in delivering high-quality presentations online and in-person.
• Ability to use customer, engagement, or market data to identify opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for professional audiences.
• Must be based in the UK with the willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with CRM databases.
• Prior experience specifically within the DSA or education sector.
• Background in training or professional development.
