What you will do

• Act as Project Manager and Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple distributed teams.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to define technical requirements and integration flows.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization in coordination with Product Owners.
• Provide stakeholders and leadership with clear status reporting and delivery updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Azure environments, and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of managing distributed technical teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• PMP or other professional project management certifications.
• Experience in the Asset Management industry.
• Background with high-load, event-driven systems.
