What you will do
- Translate business requirements into a prioritized Salesforce product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain and execute the product backlog, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for enhancements and defects.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to coordinate releases.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend scalable workflow improvements for Salesforce operations.
- Monitor in-flight initiatives and provide regular status updates on risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst supporting enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, flows, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments and experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst, Product Owner).
- Experience with eCommerce or customer portal solutions on Salesforce.
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data migration projects.
