Focus on transforming raw AI capabilities into scalable platform features, gathering requirements from business owners, and driving business value through intelligent automation.

What you will do

  • Partner with business owners to define the CRM ecosystem vision, priorities, and constraints.
  • Optimize user workflows and capabilities by monitoring key metrics and incorporating user feedback.
  • Develop detailed user stories and technical specifications for new features with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with CRM engineering teams to design, test, and deploy intelligent automation and AI solutions.
  • Create and manage short- and long-term product roadmaps that balance value delivery with risk.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, tech-enabled services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record as a product manager in Salesforce, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into high-quality technical specifications and architectural diagrams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing and deploying AI and agentic solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end customer lifecycle and operational friction points.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
