What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth in strategic thinking and execution.
• Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital signature and workflow platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, and Security to align priorities and ensure high-quality execution.
• Own and drive multi-quarter strategic initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Leverage customer insights and market research to translate user needs into product opportunities.
• Establish operational rigor across product planning, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in a people management role leading other Product Managers.
• Proven experience scaling high-performing product teams in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
• Data fluency with the ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Must be based in eligible regions in the US or Canada.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, workflow automation, eSignature, or enterprise productivity products.
