TL;DR
Staff Technical Product Manager (Integrations): Leading the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the integrations ecosystem with an accent on Salesforce, APIs, and platform extensibility. Focus on building scalable integration capabilities for nonprofits and enterprise customers and integrating emerging AI/LLM capabilities into automation workflows.
Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3x per week in office)

What you will do
- Define and lead the strategy and roadmap for the integrations ecosystem, including Salesforce, APIs, and middleware.
- Build scalable and secure integrations to streamline fundraising workflows for enterprise and nonprofit clients.
- Drive the evolution of Salesforce integrations, specifically NPC, NPSP, and AppExchange capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define technical requirements and influence system architecture.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize the roadmap and improve customer outcomes.
- Mentor other PMs and contribute to organizational product management best practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling platform or integration products with measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce integrations, APIs, AppExchange, and automation tooling.
- Strong AI fluency and understanding of how LLMs can enhance integration workflows and developer tooling.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technically complex products at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills to align senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a software engineer or technical architect.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms or enterprise workflow tooling.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field.
- MBA or background in consulting or systems strategy.
