TL;DR
Embedded Travel Security Specialist (Risk Management): Delivering travel risk management and supporting regional security leads to ensure safe travel for a geographically distributed workforce in complex environments with an accent on global risk monitoring. Focus on delivering security assessments, managing crisis response, and implementing travel risk frameworks.
Location: Hybrid (London, UK). At least three days a week based at the client's London office.

What you will do
- Monitor global geopolitical and security developments to inform travel risk assessments.
- Support high-risk travel planning, risk assessment processes, and approval workflows.
- Ensure travel security briefings and risk levels remain accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Coordinate crisis response and incident management activities as required.
- Produce high-quality written reports and deliver clear briefings and presentations to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-country security assessments in medium and high-risk environments.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (minimum 3 days per week in office).
- At least three years of experience in travel security or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong knowledge of geopolitical risk and OSINT methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in travel risk management within international contexts.
Nice to have
- Additional language skills.
- Familiarity with using AI tools, data, or automation to support workflows.
- Experience working or travelling in high-risk environments.
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., hostile environment training, security risk management).
