What you will do

• Lead the design of AI-native product experiences and autonomous agents across conversational and enterprise workflows.
• Design the "AI brain" and user-facing surfaces, ensuring systems can explain reasoning and adapt to user intent.
• Create interaction patterns for live AI-driven conversations, focusing on trust, clarity, and latency handling.
• Rapidly prototype using code or AI-assisted environments to validate ideas and inform product direction.
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable product experiences.
• Define emerging design patterns for agentic systems in enterprise SaaS and contribute to long-term product strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including work on AI-driven or conversational interactive systems.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, including latency, streaming responses, and failure modes.
• Proven ability to use AI tools fluently within daily design practice for ideation and execution.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with strong product taste and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and define both problem spaces and solutions.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in voice, video, or conversational UX.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, CRM workflows, or autonomous multi-step systems.
