TL;DR

Staff Product Designer (Developer Tools): Designing the Admin Platform, including settings, IAM, and billing surfaces, with an accent on creating a coherent experience across all hirify.global products. Location: Remote (Canada or United States). No visa sponsorship offered.

Salary: $163,450 – $233,500

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end design for the Admin Platform, including settings, IAM, and billing surfaces.
  • Ensure a seamless and coherent administrative experience across the Admin console and hirify.global Desktop.
  • Identify and resolve UX debt within the admin domain to improve overall experience quality.
  • Partner with Engineering, PM, and Legal teams to integrate new features into the platform.
  • Use AI tools actively for prototyping, synthesis, and iterative design.
  • Mentor and elevate junior designers to improve overall design practice.

Requirements

  • Proven track record designing admin, IAM, billing, or compliance interfaces.
  • Experience designing cross-product systems and the connective tissue between surfaces.
  • Deep familiarity with developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure products.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and iterative prototyping.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other product designers.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
