What you will do

• Own the design of key product surfaces from early exploration through polished, shippable work.
• Define design strategies to bring structure to ambiguous and complex problems.
• Partner closely with PM and engineering to navigate constraints and find elegant, simple solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate the prototyping, exploration, and iteration process.
• Present work with clear framing, articulating the problem, considered trade-offs, and goals for feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows simplified into intuitive experiences.
• Strong visual and interaction design craft, specifically adapted for AI-driven products.
• Proven ability to articulate the reasoning behind design decisions and navigate trade-offs.
• Experience working in high-growth startups where speed and iteration are critical.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for healthcare, clinical, or expert-user workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML product surfaces such as conversational UI, intelligent suggestions, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience taking design prototypes to production using AI-assisted coding workflows.
