What you will do

• Design clinical documentation experiences, including chart entries, templates, and treatment plans, to reduce friction for practitioners.
• Create and optimize AI-powered workflows, such as AI Scribe, to make clinical encounters feel human and effortless.
• Ground every design decision in thoughtful user research to solve real practitioner problems.
• Align stakeholders and cross-functional teams using strong storytelling and clear communication of design reasoning.
• Iterate on real-world usage to maintain a high bar for craft and build trustworthy product experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or similar environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience designing human-centered, transparent, and trustworthy AI-powered experiences.
• Strong systems thinking skills with a track record of designing across interconnected workflows.
• Experience leading user research and translating insights into measurable product improvements.
• Fluency with modern design tools and comfort working in iterative, fast-paced environments.
