What you will do
- Manage and analyze CRM leads, performing follow-ups to drive sales.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell security and automation solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors within the Baltic States.
- Coordinate sales events, demonstrations, and presentations, including participant follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive sales databases, tracking orders, payments, and forecasts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within an IT or IoT environment.
- Must be based in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
